I sense a change too and I'd like to think it's a trend. The propaganda is still well-funded and entrenched though.
But if global temperatures rise over the next few years, the propaganda will be even more shrill.
True. Who is to say whether the next significant move will be up or down?
And what's causing this plateau?

Because they know it's all conference-fodder designed to recapture a few UKIP voters.
Nothing will actually change, because the decisions are all made in Brussels, and they're not changing their minds any time soon.
So the environmental activists can sit tight; they've won for the time being.
