Recycling reduces credibility

"David Cameron promises today to slash red tape in an attempt to boost the faltering economy", reports The Mail.

I've heard of recycling but this is ridiculous. In fact the europhile greenie, whose father-in-law is raking it in at our expense from wind turbines, has been letting his government introduce additional regulations, such as the EU diktat on agency workers' rights.

Every time you repeat an empty promise, people believe you less.

His government had no choice, EU directives have to be implemented into member countries law. The only thing he may be able to do to attract companies here is to remove the minimum wage....but I do not consider that many will queue to have a job paying less than 30 quid a week....which is what they get paid in china....and since his government will not give people land to build industrial premises or offer them electricity at less than a penny per kilowatt-hour......we're stuffed. Since the unemployed will soon be in workgangs doing "public service" work (doubtless wearing tabards with "BENEFIT SCROUNGER PAYBACK" on the back).....I wonder what will happen to those already doing those jobs ?
Possible they will be re-enlisted into their old jobs, but at a quid an hour ?
