Welwyn Hatfield is non-jobs finalist

In this week's round-up by the Taxpayers' Alliance of government non jobs advertised, local readers may like to know that Welwyn Hatfield was one of the two finalist contenders, advertising for

‘Skate Supervisors’ (and Skate Marshals!) who should be ‘experienced rollerskaters’ capable of assisting with ‘rollerskating activities’.

I and other local council tax payers will be footing the bill for these.
